Our back alley needs to be clear of all car traffic. Beginning Wednesday I can only allow the Cafeteria staff to park four cars against the fence, beyond the walkway gate toward West End Boulevard.
The precipitating event for this edict is the inability of the city garbage truck to make the turn and collect the trash when there are cars parked in the alley. Rather than risk an accident, they neglect that days pick-up and we are left with trash all over the lot near the dumpster.
I appreciate your adherence to this practical safety update for the remainder of the year.
