Good Morning and welcome to a big week of action.
Our Literacy night is ready for blast off on Tuesday evening. Our PBS Mix-It-Up Earth Day will inform and entertain us on Wednesday afternoon. The end of the week has field trips on Thursday and Kindergarten Screening Friday. Through all these exciting events we must demonstrate leadership as we keep the focus on learning!
I attended the Job fair on Saturday and spoke with over 100 candidates looking for education jobs. I have several quality leads for our TBE program as Maria Melcon will be heading back to Spain to care for her Mother. Mrs. Bigham and I will meet on Tuesday to discuss our enrollment numbers and conference about the allotment of teachers. The current proposal in the legislative branch has an class size increase of 2 students. I should be able to tell you more updated information at our faculty meeting on Wednesday.
