Direct deposit stubs for the December 31, 2008 payrolls will be delivered to the worksites on Thursday, December 18, 2008. However, the actual deposits will not occur until Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Special envelopes will be used to alert employees of the actual pay date.
Employees who are not currently on direct deposit or who may have pre-noted this month will receive a "live check" on December 31, 2008. These checks will be placed in the US Mail on Tuesday, December 30, 2008. No pickups will be allowed in Payroll. There will be no exceptions.
All substitute checks will be placed in the US Mail on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 (the day before payday, as usual).
