New Accommodations Notifications Form.
We have a new form that will need to be filled out for every test and every student who has accommodations. Karon will be able to explain in detail during her training, but we all need to be sure we are utilizing accommodations in the regular class as well as on the EOG. Be sure to review all IEP,504 and LEP plans this week.
