Good Morning!
Our Magnet meeting last Wednesday moved the writing process forward so we can begin to see a vision of what the school may look like. the next step is to participate in a webinar on STEM this Tuesday from 3-4 pm. We will meet in the computer lab and have a discussion afterwards of our next step for the Title One Needs Assessment.
Speaking of Title One, Dr. Lori Bruce from DPI visited our school and is impressed with our plan for restructuring. Deb Fidali and I will be attending a Restructuring Institute in Raleigh with Patsy Squire on Wednesday the 20th. Andy will be Organizing the Faculty meeting that day, so please send agenda items to him before Tuesday.
Spend some time today to honor the work of Dr. Martin Luther King and establish for our students the sacrifice that lies behind our holiday on Monday.
