Sorry for the delay, and thanks for a wonderful PTA event last night.

Mrs Rush will be out for an extended period to take care of her health concerns. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

In her absence we must continue to adhere to the copy Schedule that was presented at the faculty meeting of November 19th. the document is on the shared folder in the schedule 2008-2009 folder, and below.

In the event of the illness or absence of Mrs. Rush the following schedule will be in place to accommodate the needs of all grade levels print material requests.

The First grade assistants, Mrs. Gillespie, Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. Cook, will copy materials for the Fourth Grade Teachers.

The Kindergarten assistants, Mrs. Transou, Mrs. Galvan and Mrs. Burris will copy materials for the Fifth Grade Teachers.

The Second grade assistants, Mrs. Newman, Mrs. Correa and Mrs. Gray, will copy materials for the Third Grade Teachers.

The ESL assistants, Mrs. Ingram and Mrs. Davis, will copy materials for EC, Intervention and the Specialists.

Working together will help us minimize the interruption of instruction in the classrooms and ensure our children are being served.
